Refund Policy
If the merchandise you ordered arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you originally ordered, you may return the item. A refund will be issued to the bank details provided by you. Please note that refunds will not be issued for returns due to reasons other than the conditions mentioned above.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received, with all original tags attached.
- The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange Policy
If you need a different size, you can exchange the product within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- Email us at info@shopradhe.com or call +91 8221802855 within 7 days of receiving the package to request an exchange. Items requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
- Our team will respond with an email confirming the exchange and provide further instructions.
- Pack the item in its original packaging with all original tags, along with the completed invoice, and send it to the address provided in the exchange confirmation email.
Note: Discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
